Return Policy

  • All returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.

  • custom made items, intimate items, gift cards, and/or  downloadable products. If the item is marked “final sale”, it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.

  • Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping Policy

All of our orders are shipped via USPS. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.


All orders are processed within 5 to 7 days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by just a few days.


Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather conditions) may have an impact on your estimated delivery date. 


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email. Please allow USPS up to 48 hours to reflect updates on their tracking page.

If you received your order damaged, or if the order appears to be lost during shipping, please contact us so we can help file a claim. A refund or replacement may be issued pending your cooperation during the claim process.


If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for claim evidence purposes. Notice of damage must be provided within 15 days of delivery.
