  1. How do I know what size to order?

Our t-shirts are unisex, with a modern classic fit, designed to be worn by both men and women. Sizing and fit are typically more flexible to accommodate a wider range of body types. Women should size down a size or two depending on the type of fit wanted. 

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

About 10-14 days after your order is placed and payment is made. This production timeline is in place to allow us to create and prepare the products for shipping and to ensure that they are delivered to our customers in a timely manner.

3. Can I return or exchange my purchase if I'm not satisfied?

Of course. To start a return please email us at support@immaculateinnovationsllc.com. Please see our shipping & returns policy for more details on deadlines. 

4. Can I customize a product or place a bulk order?

We love nothing more than creating unique, one-of-a-kind pieces for our customers. If you have an idea for a custom design, we would love to hear from you. Bulk orders are also accepted when 10 or more of the same item/design is ordered. Please take a moment to fill out the form on our homepage with as much detail as possible about your request.

5. Is my personal information secure?

6. How can I contact customer service with questions or issues?​

7. Can I collaborate with your brand or become a brand ambassador?

We are excited to announce that we are currently accepting applications for brand ambassadors to represent our company. Because we are still growing, as a brand ambassador, you will have the opportunity to receive free clothing from our brand in exchange for promoting our products to your followers and helping to spread the word about our company. If you are interested in becoming a brand ambassador and receiving free clothing, please fill out the application form on our website and we will be in touch with more information.
